Extrusion
The extrusion options at Plasthill are very diverse. Through blow extrusion, both mono films and 3-5 layer coex films are produced. The extrusion width varies from 500 mm to 10 meters. The thickness varies from12 Mμ to 600 Mμ.
We can add high-quality properties to your film, such as specific barriers, UV protection, flame retardancy and release characteristics that are necessary for your product.
Confection
At the confection department, we process film and turn it into various types of bags, sheets and embossing film. Everything takes place in a food-safe environment. The machines comply with the quality requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and aviation industry, among others. The combination of state-of-the-art machines and our employees’ many years of experience result in an excellent product that has been manufactured with the utmost care.
Logistics
The logistics department at Plasthill aims to unburden you, as a customer, as much as possible. At our logistics site, you will see that things are stored under proper conditions and orders are processed efficiently, in order to supply you with the correct goods at the right time.
