Plasthill produces and delivers according to a fully-fledged quality system. Consequently, we are BRCGS Packaging Materials certified since 2005. An ever growing part of our sales takes place in the food and pharmaceutical industries. In this sector, the BRCGS Packaging Materials quality system is used. This quality system comprises procedures, working methods and hygiene regulations, in order to enable us to produce and supply our customers in compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Traceability is also guaranteed in excellent manner.
Every year, our BRCGS Packaging Materials quality system is assessed by an external agency. Our certification guarantees our buyers that we produce in a responsible way. Manufacturing products according to the highest quality standards is the highest priority within our company. This means there is a lot of testing and checking going on.
Besides, Plasthill is ISO 9001 certified. This standard entails that the organization is aware of what the customers expect , that the organization is capable of meeting these expectations due to its means, and that they deliver everything in the manner agreed upon. During this process, it will be checked whether the requirements are actually met, and improvements will be implemented, if necessary. The management needs to demonstrate that they are actively involved in the quality management system.
